I bought the Daily Journal with the cover feature “Nothing is Impossible” It arrived so beautifully packaged and presented. I must say how pleased I am with its creative design.
The main heading on each page is thought provoking to get your brain into gear. I like that this includes a self-care section reminding me to do something for me daily. I would recommend this journal it really helps you focus your mind on preparation or at the end of the day to evaluate your plans and out it turned out.

I just started using my Daily Journal. I like the mood/emotion tracker where you can reflect on how you're feeling/doing that day. You can then log what you are grateful for for that day which gets you into positive thinking and reflection. There will always be something you are grateful for in a day and it gets you thinking about that.
Then there's the self-care section where you can log something you have done for your physical/mental well-being and I really like that it gets me focused on doing self-care and not get too wrapped up in what I have to do for the day.
